Indian catering & restaurants giant Foodlink is expanding its footprint in Dubai with the launch of cloud kitchen ‘Art of Dum’ in January ‘21, luxury catering operations, and second outlet of ‘China Bistro’ In Discovery Gardens in February ‘21 and India Bistro in World Trade Centre in Dubai on the cards for March 21.

Foodlink operates across the domains of outdoor events catering, banquets management, restaurants and cloud kitchens, and corporate catering.

Foodlink had been already curating the culinary offerings for multiple high profile weddings for noteworthy families in UAE like Rizwan Sajan, Owner of Danube; a much talked about event that was hosted on a cruise liner; as well as operating a pan Asian casual dining outlet China Bistro in Al Karama since April 2019 as it’s initial steps into the UAE market.
China Bistro
It launched its second branch of China Bistro in Discovery Gardens on 5th February 2021. China Bistro offers traditional pan Asian flavours in a contemporary, fresh & imaginative way. It has received a tremendous response for its inventive dishes, quality, ambiance, and attentive service.
Art of Dum
Foodlink also introduced a very refined cloud kitchen brand Art of Dum in January 2021 that recreates the charm of the traditional clay pots and tandoor with simple, nomadic flavours of Dum Pukht Cuisine, aiming to bring the finesse and art of the legendary Khansamas that the Indian culture has boasted of since many millennia.
Serving creamy and succulent kebabs that melt in the mouth, royal biryanis, luscious gravies, refreshing rolls, and desserts, it offers a culinary experience that encompasses the evolved robust and characterful style of cooking from the royal heritage and kitchens of Northwest Frontier Province.

India Bistro
Foodlink has a step-by-step expansion plan carefully carved out. After China Bistro, Art of Dum, and catering, it is now set to start its Indian cuisine led brand India Bistro in World Trade Centre Dubai & then soon following in Sharjah.

Foodlink is the largest and most organized catering company in India with central kitchens, warehouses & offices spanning over 65000 Sq Ft across Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Chandigarh. As a part of its expansion in Dubai, it has set up its infrastructure and team to cater to the UAE market.
